It now looks like this… the space where the farmers living on this farm until 1957 crushed and pressed olives and pressed grapes to make wine.
This room will become my laboratory where I bottle olive oil, make jams, do olive oil tastings, receive my friends and clients.
I will post more pics when the space is finished.
