In Hoboken, New Jersey, the celebrations in honor of the Madonna dei Martiri have just concluded. A tradition that comes from Puglia, passed down by the Molfetta community for 98 years.

In this video, the sea urchins used for the recipe were purchased in Japan from authorized fishmongers.
