We bet that with all the suggestions we gave you, you still haven't decided where to go this weekend!
Well, since it looks like we might be able to see a bit of sun between tomorrow and Sunday, I wouldn't miss it for the world!
So if I were you I'd jump on a train (unless you're already in Bergamo of course) destination Bergamo, and I'd walk all the way up towards the Città Alta.
I'd stop at the corner with Via Giuseppe Verdi and I'd turn right because I wouldn't certainly miss CUOCHI IN SCENA now, would I? I'd ask for the programme and I'd wait to see at least one of the cooks (we're talking top class, trust me) cook a delicious dish (and hope that I'll remember everything by the time that I get home), so much better than watching Gordon Ramsay on TV!!
Once I'm satisfied I'd go catch the Funicolare... such a spectacular view, I could never get tired of going up and down that little train and seeing the town unravel in front of my eyes...
I'd enjoy every single corner of the old town and then I'd go check the Botanic Garden in Scaletta Colle Aperto... yes because it's April and tulips are all over!
Mind that they offer free tours every Sunday at 4pm!!
so, HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND!
