FLEXIN srl was founded in 2009 with the purpose to merchandise imported fresh cut flowers throughout Europe. Our clients are wholesaler, situated in Austria, Estonia, Hungary, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, France ....
Company Philosophy - It has been and remains our aim to foster strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients and suppliers alike. In order to achieve this overall goal, we constantly strive to: - Create added value for our clients - Provide a high-end distribution channel for our suppliers, with strong growth potential How do we strive to achieve these goals? Premium Quality - Flexin aims to bring to our clients the best quality products available from each of the countries from which we source. We have targeted those suppliers that offer differentiated products rather than indistinguishable commodities. We are careful to evaluate the factors that may result in tangible differences such as cultivation methods, post-harvest treatment, quality of packing and the variety types. Additionally, we closely monitor the entire logistics chain in order to ensure that the products arrive at their final destination in optimal condition. Attentive Service - We are constantly in contact with our clients in order to service their needs. Our clients' feedback is a vital source of information in order to improve our service and quality. Approximately once a month, we visit most of our clients not only to strengthen the bonds of our relationships but also to verify the state our clients' operations. Competitive Prices - Flexin aims to minimize costs in order to offer competitive prices to our clients, without sacrificing the quality of the products and service we provide. Build mutual trust - We define our role as the buyers for our clients on the one hand, and as the distributors for our suppliers on the other. Over the years, we have established symbiotic relationships with many of our clients and suppliers through on-going dialogue, mutual respect, adherence to financial obligations and a strong business ethic. In developing our client network, we have focused on those companies that demonstrate long-term viability, both small and large wholesalers alike. We have forged relationships with suppliers that share common goals, and aim to expand our network of first-rate suppliers. Establish Continuity - One of the factors contributing to the strong bonds we have forged with our clients and suppliers is the continuity of our relationships. In fact, we have been working with most of our principal suppliers since the early years of our establishment. We also believe in working year-round for the long-term, throughout both difficult and boom periods, "helping out" each other when market necessity dictates.
