We are a certified Company, that for years has been producing all kinds of springs and
band parts for every application. In our program some particular production, like
safety details, stand out just as the service to those who ask for advice and samples
when studying a new spring. We have a technical department that can carry on exclusive design to
change our customers’ wishes into functional pro
ducts; the design/planning is certified
according to ISO TS 16949 norm. Thank to our flexibility and to our continuous technological improvement policy, we
can guarantee positive results for our current range or exclusive “one-piece”
production designs in short time. Our production facilities automatically inspect every procedure during the spring
manufacturing processes, whether they are compression, torsion, coil or other kinds
of springs. Our production plant can count on advanced technologies and machinery
(BIHLER, KORADI, BOBBIO, OMD, HTC, MACSOFT, ITAYA, TBE..), coiler CNC ø 15 mm. max., shearing-bending machines
BIHLER, medium-big dimension grinders and bending machines which carry out
special processes (i.e. wire turning / torsion, heading, caulking, welding, etc…). Then, in order to enlarge our offer, we started the tube working in its several different
forms and, at last, the tube and wire workings together have given us the possibility
to develop a product, as for example the complete structure for car seats, for which
we are able to provide you with the complete service from the prototype to series
production. We use drawn wire from the smallest Ø of 0,1 mm up to 15 mm, as well as band from
0,1 mm to 5 mm, low and high carbon steel, stainless steel and several alloys
(bronze, copper, etc..) in the raw, annealed and pre-hardened finishing. Our measuring and testing laboratory has the most recent instruments as for example
CNC torque meter, CNC dynamometer, Laser Scan FARO for reverse engineering
process and a 3D Optical measurement instrument. We export about 90% of our total turnover to more than 30 Countries, some of the
most important are in East and Central Europe, i.e. Poland, Hungary, then Korea,
United States of America, Canada and Mexico; our sales department is able to handle
every different inquiry, whether it is made in French, English, German and/or Spanish
language. This has allowed us to list among our customers some important Companies such as
