Finally reopening!

🇮🇹 Si informa che la Provincia di Brescia e l'Amministrazione Comunale hanno comunicato la riapertura della S.P. 38 "Strada della Forra" a partire da giovedì 26 maggio alle ore 14.00 (orario aggiornato).
Verrà istituito da subito il senso unico di marcia a salire nelle stesse modalità stabilite in precedenza:
- senso unico a salire dalle ore 10.00 alle ore 19.00
- dal km 0 (intersezione con Strada Gardesana) al km 3 (località la Forra)
- ristoranti sulla strada raggiungibili h24 in entrambi i sensi di marcia

🇬🇧 We inform you that the Province of Brescia and the municipal administration communicate the reopening of the S.P. 38 "Strada della Forra" starting Thursday 26 May at 14.00.
The one-way street to go up will be established immediately in the same manner as previously established:
- one way to go up from 10.00 to 19.00
- from km 0 (intersection with Strada Gardesana) to km 3 (locality La Forra)
- restaurants on the road accessible 24 hours a day in both directions

Here is the picture that won the 2022 edition of the Photo Contest. It was taken by Patrizia Bonatti of Desenzano del Garda and chosen because the ethereal essence of the fog on the lake and the contrast between the diver and the tourists in overcoats evokes dreamlike suggestions of the inevitable passing of time that found their worthy speaker in Fellini.

Ecco l'immagine che ha vinto l'edizione 2022 di Foto Contest, è realizzata da Patrizia Bonatti di Desenzano del Garda e scelta perchè l'essenza eterea della nebbia sul lago ed il contrasto tra tuffatore e turisti in cappotto rimanda a suggestioni oniriche dello scorrere inevitabile del tempo che trovarono in Fellini il loro degno relatore. Questa foto si inserisce in questo filone mandando ad un idea diversa delle atmosfere lacustri.
La signora Bonatti, ha vinto un day SPA offerta da Lefay Resort e e SPA Lago di Garda.

Tradition and seasonality of the ingredients for the dish that we want to tell you today: the capù, a typical dish of Tremosine cuisine. 🥬

The basic ingredient of this dish ("poor" but at the same time delicious!) are the Swiss chard, which will be used to form the roll of capù. Here is the procedure: take the chard leaves, previously washed, and fill them with a mixture of bread and grated cheese, chopped garlic and parsley, eggs and salt. Close the stuffed chard leaves with a cooking thread and boil for about 20 minutes. At the end of cooking let them cool and cut into slices, finish the recipe with a drizzle of EVO oil and salt.
