Great advantage of Dante Bertoni's spinning can construction is particularly evident on big cans for rope dying used on denim plants. These cans, in fact, have usual dimensions diam.mm 1600x1600height ore more, able to keep indigo yarn rope on a quantity of abt. 500Kg (1000 pounds).
The construction must be sturdy, but light in weight; the body must be flexible, but indeformable; not attachable by acids and easy cleanable. All these characteristics are satisfied by our big cans dedicated to this purpose, even reinforced externally by a strong stein-steel cage AISI 304, both for protecting and easy handling. Because of the special plastic based on polymer used, the can is internally easy cleanable even due to the special removable bottom, allowing the water to be discharged without device tilting.
