Ad un anno dal passaggio di Matteo Miglioranza dal Post-Vendita all’ufficio Commerciale di Coges in qualità di Area Manager Italia, abbiamo scambiato quattro chiacchiere con lui.
“Proprio il fatto di provenire dal Post-Vendita, oltre ad aver affiancato per anni Girolamo Dal Ben e Francesco Princiotto nelle visite tecnico-commerciali, mi ha spianato la strada.” Osserva Matteo. “Grazie, infatti, ad un’esperienza di oltre vent’anni come referente tecnico ho potuto conoscere già molti dei clienti italiani che sono ora, commercialmente parlando, parte della mia Area di competenza.”
Questa esperienza maturata, anche al fianco dei colleghi dell’ufficio commerciale dedicati sia all’Italia che all’estero, gli ha permesso di presentarsi con una certa autorevolezza presso i clienti, riuscendo talvolta a dare delle dritte su problematiche tecniche. Certo ha dovuto cambiare approccio e diventare un commerciale con un proprio pacchetto clienti, ma dal punto di vista interpersonale non è cambiato granché nel rapporto con i suoi interlocutori.
