📣 Caposele si prepara ad accogliere il periodo dell'anno più atteso da grandi e piccini: le festività del Santo Natale 🎄

Nei prossimi giorni inizierà l’allestimento delle luminarie nel centro storico e nel centro turistico del nostro Comune per prepararci alla serata di sabato 2 dicembre quando, tra l’altro, ci sarà la cerimonia d’accensione di Un Albero per Tutti 🎄, il monumentale e bellissimo abete greco che si nutre con l’acqua del Sele avendo le sue radici ed il fusto nella Piazzetta delle Sorgenti.

Quest’anno, grazie alla “Associazione Un Albero per tutti” che da 11 anni cura e coordina questo evento in collaborazione con le altre Associazioni del territorio, abbiamo immaginato 2 corposi ed impegnativi week end (quello del 2 e 3 dicembre e quello del 9 e 10 dicembre) all'insegna della festa, dell'allegria, della promozione dei prodotti tipici, della musica dal vivo, ma soprattutto dedicati alla sensibilizzazione sulla prevenzione e la ricerca medico scientifica.

Il Mercatino di Natale di Caposele, giunto alla sua 11^ edizione e la cerimonia di accensione delle luminarie sull’albero🎄 sapranno donare ai cittadini ed ai tanti turisti che hanno già prenotato i pullman per la loro visita, grandi emozioni e sano divertimento.

A Casa Elisabetta spesso si stabilisce una certa empatia con i nostri ospiti. Con Dora, un'americana di origine calabrittana, è scattata una vera e propria amicizia.

La cosa che davvero mi ha colpita di Dora è stato il motivo che l' ha spinta a ve**re dalle nostre parti: voleva ritrovare le tombe dei suoi antenati per fotografarle. Ho ritenuto meraviglioso ritrovare il filo della parentela sul n**o marmo!

Grazie Dora per avermi insegnato che la potenza degli affetti non ha confini né di spazio né di tempo.

After the plentiful snowfall of the last days, our friend Daniele Caprio went skiing in the streets of our village Caposele. NY and Stockholm you are not the only one to have crazy dudes ;p

Last sunday was San Gerardo's day in Materdomini (suburb of Caposele). In the afternoon the statue of San Gerardo was carried to Caposele where took place a suggestive procession.

It has been really exciting and emotional this morning to celebrate with our neighbours the passage of the "Madonna di Grienzi" and her believers from Calabritto (a village 5 min by car from Caposele). We are honoured that the procession has stopped near the San Giovanni's altar close to our house :)

Yesterday night we went to Calitri (a very nice village 30 min by car from Caposele) where took place the Sponz Fest, a music festival arranged by the famous Italian musician VINICIO CAPOSSELA. One of the main guest artist was Tonuccio e la Pink Folk from our village Caposele. Tonuccio is the king of "tarantella", the traditional dance of Caposele. It was a blast! People went bananas :)

Our Story

Casa Elisabetta Short Lets are holiday apartments owned and run by our family in Caposele (Campania, Italy).

Our modern apartments are located in a charming two-story villa built in 2015 on top of a limestone cliff surrounded by ancient olive trees. The perfect integration of the villa in the surrounding environment allows a better perception of the natural landscape made of olive and hazelnut groves, fig trees, prickly pear plants, chestnut groves, beeches and oaks.

In addition to being located in a unique and peaceful location within walking distance from the village, the villa's apartments are featured by a minimalistic and practical style. It creates an inspirational atmosphere that promotes affinity, curiosity and the joy of exploring. All apartments are fully furnished, have equipped kitchen, panoramic terrace and balcony.

The villa offers a breathtaking view of the village, mountains and Sele Valley which allows watching amazing birds such as the golden eagle and peregrine falcon fly over the valley. On the backside of the villa is located a panoramic pool perfect to enjoy with your kids or refresh body and mind while watching the fantastic panorama. A safe parking in the villa's area allows parking your car for free during the whole stay. Included in the villa's outdoor area are also a barbecue area and an ecological garden. Here guests can harvest a variety of seasonal vegetables for their own use. In the barbecue area, guests can socialize, sip wine at sunset or watch the sky at night. Here are exhibited ancient barrels and other wine production equipments​ belonging to our family.
