IONIO SELVAGGIO AD ALLISTE TRA MARE BLU E CAFFE' AL GHIACCIO.
Selvaggio Ionio ad Alliste tra alcove intime di blu e caffè al ghiaccio
È un percorso fresco e intimo quello che si snoda tra Cisternella e Torre Sinfonò nella Marina di Alliste.
Siamo nel Salento ionico, la pista ciclo pedonale è lunga poco più di quattro chilometri e si dipana a serpentina proprio a ridosso del mare. Alcove di acqua blu, piccoli fiordi, gli scogli che affiorano, qualche chiosco in legno dove bere un caffè col ghiaccio amaro o addolcito, come si usa qui, dal latte di mandorla. E dopo una bella dormita negli hotel della zona che sono un belvedere ideale per stare affacciati 24 ore su 24 su questo fantastico mare.
E poi al mattino presto ci si infilano le scarpette da trekking, tenendo quelle gommate per i tuffi.
E' godimento puro.

TREMITI ISLANDS
The tremiti islands are the only ones in the lower Adriatic.
They’re in the county of Foggia and represent the natural marine reserve.
The isles are 5 but just two on them are populated.

Otranto Seafront (Lecce, Apulia - Italy). The city is located on the east coast of the Salento peninsula. The Strait of Otranto, to which the city gives its name, connects the Adriatic Sea with the Ionian Sea and Italy with Albania. The harbour is small and has little trade.

Saline di Margherita di Savoia
The saline of Margherita di Savoia is one of the most important saline extended in Italy.
If you want to visit it you have to contact the office that control the whole area and arrange a guided tour since you can’t visit it without a permission or without a tour guide.
The Culture on the ocean
This library and this breathtaking view are located in Port’Alga, Polignano a Mare.
Everyone can reach it and everyone are invited to take a book and give another.
On the top of this old boat there’s an invite to everyone get into the library:
