We have Pignoletto 12.5% declassified DOC (it has to be IGT because we put it into a large container) Colli Bolognese Sparkling wine that's been a huge hit this summer because it's got aromas of honey and flowers, distinct fruitiness. This wine has great character and body which is why it is appreciated either still, sparkling or as a spumante. It has a nice clean finish, ever so slightly bitter at the end making it great with fish and pork alike. The color is particular, straw with green reflections. This wine is also harmonious, with the right amount of acidity to keep it fresh without being overbearing. This wine is satisfying as an aperitif or with a meal.
