In stunning Tuscany, along its endless artistic heritage and countryside, where stretches of silvery olive trees stare after vineyards and cypress trees, lies the Villa Senaia. An ancient stone farmhouse, located in a strategic position where it is easy to uncover many of the hidden and characteristic secrets of Tuscany and Umbria. The local atmosphere

will leave you with unforgettable moments of quiet and relaxation, enjoying the colors, odours and unique sunsets. The living room is plain and simple, starting with the stone walls where the fireplace stands. Here you can take a relaxing break while watching satellite TV (with LCD player, stereo, VCR). The kitchen goes well together with the outside covered porch, with facilities for dining out in front of the swimming pool with a view of the entire valley. On the ground floor you can also find a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. An external staircase leads to the balcony, two double rooms with shared bathroom and a bedroom with private bathroom and access to the loggia. The villa offers a private garden surrounded by olive trees and Mediterranean plants. It contains an outdoor oven / barbecue to enjoy local food, a laundry room and private parking. The pool offers peace and tranquility in an attractive spot. (6 x 12 meters - 20 x 40 feet ca.) The whole property is well designed for the needs of guests on holiday. The owners, who live nearby, will welcome guests on arrival with a small buffet lunch and once a week (on request) will offer homemade pizza, which is always a great success. The nearest town which has many restaurants and shops is only 3 km away and the cities of art & culture such as Cortona, Arezzo, Montepulciano, Siena, Florence ... can be reached in under an hour. The farmhouse Villa Senaia is recommended for all those seeking peace and tranquility, but also to those who want to explore Tuscany. The family atmosphere and the helpfulness of the owners will help guests express their opinions and ask for advice especially for those who do not know the area. The guests can ask freely for information: from where is the nearest restaurant to the local post office etc.

Villa Senaia è perfetta per cogliere i segreti nascosti e caratteristici di escursioni in Toscana e Umbria; l'atmosfera sarà capace di farvi vivere momenti indimenticabili all'insegna della quiete e del relax, godendo di tramonti unici. Nell’affascinante Toscana, insieme all’inestimabile patrimonio artistico, dei suoi paesaggi rurali dove le distese argentee degli ulivi si alternano a quelle dei vigneti e dei cipressi, ecco l’agriturismo Villa Senaia. Quadri con fiori dipinti e colori della Toscana, portano la natura in casa e la innalzano a protagonista assoluta. Il soggiorno è semplice e sobrio, a cominciare dalle pareti color ocra, dove spicca il focolare, nella stanza è possibile godersi un relax con la Tv satellitare, lettore Lcd, stereo, videoregistratore. La cucina è tutt’uno con il portico esterno coperto, attrezzato anche per mangiare al fresco di fronte alla piscina ed al panorama su tutta la vallata. Nel piano terra potete trovare anche una camera matrimoniale ed un bagno con doccia. Al piano superiore che si accede dalla scala a vista al ballatoio raggiungerete, due camere doppie con bagno in comune ed una matrimoniale con bagno privato e accesso alla loggia esterna. La villa offre immerso nel verde del giardino privato con olivi secolari ed essenze mediterranee anche un locale esterno forno/barbecue/ per gustarsi una pizza, il locale lavanderia ed il parcheggio auto privato.La piscina 6x12 offre pace e tranquillità in un ambiente attraente. In ogni caso, l'intera proprietà è ben pensata per le esigenze di ospiti in vacanza. I proprietari che vivono in un’altra casa indipendente, all’interno della proprietà sono in attesa per i loro ospiti il giorno di arrivo con un piccolo pranzo a buffet ad accoglierli e una volta alla settimana (su richiesta) offrono pizza fatta in casa, che è sempre un grande successo. In caso contrario, i proprietari vivono completamente indipendente dai vacanzieri. La città più vicina con molti ristoranti e negozi dista solo 3 km di distanza e le città della cultura come Cortona, Arezzo, Montepulciano, Siena, Firenze... possono essere raggiunte in meno di un'ora. L’agriturismo Villa Senaia è consigliato a tutti coloro che cercano pace e tranquillità, ma anche a chi vuole fare un viaggio per esplorare la Toscana. L´atmosfera familiare che gli ospiti trovano, grazie alla disponibilità del nucleo che gestisce la casa favorisce quel clima confidenziale che invita ad esprimere opinioni e a chiedere consigli. Soprattutto coloro che non conoscono la zona circostante possono avere degli itinerari di vario genere: dalla più vicina trattoria con specialità locali all´ufficio postale, alla banca, al giornalaio, dai musei da visitare alla libreria più fornita, al negozietto d´artigianato tipico; oppure potranno avere indicazioni sui sentieri per gli amanti delle passeggiate.

The year 2020 has certainly changed the lives of all of us. Perhaps in small ways such as shopping on the internet, or perhaps it has caused major transformations in professional and human relationships. For better or for worse, we have all left this turbulent year learning that being resilient is a necessity!

From one day to the next the world stopped traveling, without (yet) a date for recovery.

First of all because I am an optimistic person and I believe that, sooner or later, things will get better! Secondly, because I always try to get the best out of the worst. We always have something to learn and improve from every situation we live in, be it good or bad. And in general, it's the bad guys who bring about the best changes!

I love . You know! And I also like to talk about it! I wanted everyone who shares this interest to have a valuable travel experience.

El año 2020 ciertamente ha cambiado la vida de todos nosotros. Quizás de pequeñas formas como las compras en Internet, o quizás ha provocado grandes transformaciones en las relaciones profesionales y humanas. Para bien o para mal, ¡todos hemos dejado este año turbulento aprendiendo que ser resiliente es una necesidad!

De un día para otro el mundo dejó de viajar, sin (todavía) una fecha de recuperación.

En primer lugar porque soy una persona optimista y creo que, tarde o temprano, ¡las cosas mejorarán! En segundo lugar, porque siempre trato de sacar lo mejor de lo peor. Siempre tenemos algo que aprender y mejorar de cada situación en la que vivimos, ya sea buena o mala. Y, en general, ¡son los malos los que provocan los mejores cambios!

Amo la Toscana. ¡Ya sabes! ¡Y también me gusta hablar de eso! Quería que todos los que comparten este interés tengan una valiosa experiencia de viaje.
