One-Shot Tours = One-of-a-kind adventures! 🌟
Looking for something beyond the usual tours?
👀Our One-Shot Tours are unique, one-time-only guided excursions—perfect for special events, small groups, or once-in-a-lifetime occasions!
✨Each tour offers a single-day trip, themed itinerary, or unforgettable experience that won’t be repeated. 🚫⏳
Whether it’s tasting local flavors 🍷🍝, meeting local people 👥, or exploring hidden gems 🌅, these tours give you the chance to make memories you can’t find in standard packages! 🎉
The first of this “limited editions tours” is the Visit of The Salt Museum in The village of Petralia Soprana:
The UnderSalt Museum in Petralia Soprana is a unique attraction 🌍, located within an active rock salt mine in Sicily’s Madonie mountains 🏞️.
This museum is the only one of its kind, featuring sculptures carved directly into the salt walls by contemporary artists since the early 2000s 🎨. These works, including figures, animals, and mythological scenes 🐴, showcase the delicate beauty of the brilliant white salt ✨, creating an enchanting blend of art and nature deep underground ⛏️.
Adding to its uniqueness, the museum is not always open to the public 🕰️; visits are allowed only on select dates and must be reserved in advance 📅. This exclusivity makes each visit a rare opportunity to explore an extraordinary environment that combines Sicily’s geological heritage with contemporary art 🌌, giving guests a truly memorable and multisensory experience in a surreal, light-reflecting landscape 🖼️.
Don't miss out on this one-of-a-kind experience! Plan your visit today and learn more on our website, see in the comments.

🌟 The Valley of the Temples is one of the most extraordinary wonders of Sicily, and every traveler should experience it at least once! 🌿🏛️

Walking among the ancient ruins of the temples, it feels like stepping back in time to the era of splendid Akragas, one of the largest cities of ancient Greece. Each temple tells stories of gods and a distant era. 🏛️

The temples of Hera, Concordia, Juno, and others are magnificently preserved and speak of the greatness of Greek architecture.

The Valley also offers breathtaking views of the Sicilian countryside and the sea, blending with the ancient beauty of the site. 📸

As a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Valley of the Temples bears witness to the historical and cultural significance of this corner of Sicily. 🌍

Don’t forget: Every first Sunday of the month, admission is free! 🎉
In the summer, the Valley of the Temples is illuminated at night, offering an even more enchanting and spectacular show. 🌙✨

To truly understand the history and significance of every corner of the Valley, I recommend joining a tour with a local guide. A local expert will take you through hidden secrets and curiosities that make this site even more special.

Have you ever visited the Valley of the Temples? What was your favorite part of the experience? Let us know in the comments!👇

In Sicily, we don't celebrate Halloween; instead, we honour our loved ones on the "Day of the Dead"! 🌟 On November 1st, children eagerly await sweets and gifts from their deceased relatives, who visit in the night. 🧺✨

Once a joyful tradition, this day has transformed over time, but the memories of fun and connection with our ancestors remain strong. Let's cherish our authentic Sicilian customs! 💖🕊️

Today we bring you to one of the most colorful and photographed village of Sicily: 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐳𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐢. Small fishing village 🎣 .

The village was born as a simple fishing village. The economy since 1600 was around fishing activity and its madrague. The typical colourful 🏘️ houses were modest houses where fishermen and their families lived. Fishing 🐟 was rich, the work heavy and tiring.

The inhabitants of the village needed to live their daily lives. Here is born the square ⛲ as a meeting point and the church ⛪ as a place of prayer.

Today, all this is reliving in a modern way. Walking through of Marzamemi is like taking a trip to the past, where he still seems to smell the fish and the cries of the fishermen.
The typical product of this village is "red" tuna 🐟. Must try!

Good moring and happy Monday!

Today we take you to 𝐌𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐚 its historic cathedral and its majestic bell tower.

Every day, since 1933 at 12 o'clock, the bell tower comes alive thanks to a complex system of levers and counterweights that allows the movement of the bronze automata statues, which are on the façade. They are linked to the civil and religious traditions of the city. This is the largest and most complex mechanical and astronomical clock in the 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 🌍.
The bell tower can also be visited inside (ticket price 4€). Along the staircase, you can admire the bronze statues and the complex and ingenious system of levers and gears that allows the movement of the clock. When you arrive at the viewpoint, you can enjoy a 360º view of the city.

The mechanism moves every day at noon 🕛 and lasts 12 minutes. Every quarter of an hour during the day, the two heroines move on the sides of the rooster 🐓 . Dina and Clarenza, beat the quarters of an hour, the hours, and the carousel of ages.
We recommend adding this stop on your trip.

What to do next? In the city of Messina there is also one of the most important museums in Italy where Caravaggio’s paintings are kept and where the history of the city (and not only) of the last 2000 years is told.

You can go to the lakes of Ganzirri for a walk between the canals (canale due torri) and to Capo Peloro, mythical place where the two seas 🌊𝐓𝐲𝐫𝐫𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐦𝐞𝐞𝐭💞. This is a border land between Sicily and Calabria and place of the mythical eternal history struggle between Scilla and Cariddi. One of the three border areas of Sicily, which, as such, exerts a charm difficult to describe.

Sicily in the movies: white lotus 2 locations

The vast majority of the scenes of The White Lotus 2 were filmed in Taormina: Corso Umberto, Piazza IX Aprile the main streets.

The star ⭐ of the series is the hotel: The White Lotus Resort. It is the San Domenico Palace, a convent of the sixteenth century transformed into a hotel at the end of the nineteenth century. Here they stayed at the time of the Grand Tour: Oscar Wilde, Guy de Maupassant and DH Lawrence and, in the fifties, all the greatest stars of Hollywood 🌟🌟🌟: Greta Garbo, Marlene Dietrich, Ingrid Bergman, Audrey Hepburn, Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton. In 2019 the hotel was purchased by the Four Season chain and, after a two-year renovation, has finally reopened to the public.

The ancient theatre of Taormina is the protagonist of the second episode. It was founded by the Greeks in the third century A.C. and is still used for concerts today.

Isola Bella 🏝️ an enchanting nature reserve. Accessed by stairs. In 1890 it was bought by Lady Florence Trevelyan, an English noblewoman and wife of the mayor of Taormina Salvatore Cacciola. The couple valued the island, building a small house and adding very rare plants and trees.

Castelmola: is not located in Taormina but about 3km further away. You can get there by shuttle or simply by car. This is where one of the characters does his daily run.
The series was also shot in Noto, the baroque town par excellence. In some shots of the third episode, you can also see two of the most iconic locations of Noto: the Cathedral of San Nicolò and Palazzo Ducezio, both in the World Heritage list (UNESCO)

Noto is located about 150km from Taormina but just 30 km from Syracuse. Noto must not miss among your stops in Sicily.

Cefalù: elected among the most beautiful villages in Italy. Most of the scenes shot on the beach, such as those that open the first episode, were shot more than 200 kilometers away from Taormina. What you see is in fact the beach of Lido di Cefalù. Then, there is, Piazza Marina, one of the most fascinating views of Cefalù: sea, the small beach, the old fishermen’s houses and the ancient Megalithic Walls create a magical environment. The cathedral of Cefalù is the symbol of the city. It is also included in the World Heritage List (UNESCO).

Theater: In the episode "That’s Amore" Tanya will attend a performance of the opera Madama Butterfly at the Teatro Massimo in Palermo. In this theater, one of the most beautiful among those present in Sicily, the final part of The Godfather Part 3 had already been filmed. On his staircase, a desperate Michael Corleone abandons himself to a scream that has entered the history of cinema. For the interior scenes was used the Teatro Vincenzo Bellini in Catania, another jewel that is worth to be seen.

Castle of the slaves (castello degli schiavi): one of the locations of the film the godfather. The castle can be visited only by appointment and only for groups.

The scenes of the episode, That’s Amore, were also filmed at Planeta’s Sciaranuova estate. It is located in Castiglione di Sicilia, a small village at the foot of the volcano that is part of the most beautiful villages in Italy.

The villas where other scenes from the series were filmed. Villa Tasca in Palermo, a residence of the '500. Villa Elena located outside Noto. It is a former monastery of the seventeenth century that the interior designer Jacques Garcia bought and renovated.
With this, we conclude this brief presentation of the locations of the White Lotus2 series and hope it has been useful to fans of this
