It started out being my summer job while I was here in Tuscany pursuing my musical studies and performance in Opera. This job was the reason I was able to deal with living 20+ years abroad, my clients became my friends, my tribe! That’s where OTribe comes in. I love creating an

authentic true Italian experience. I’ve redecorated villas, been a personal Consierge, organized events, weddings, concerts,taught wine education, taught cooking lessons, accompanied people all over Italy. What I tried to create was an immersion in what they were interested in. Let’s discover new places together. 🍁🦃 Happy Thanksgiving! 🍁🦃
Thanksgiving is always an adventure. Being in Tuscany means every single ingredient is done from scratch. We got a huge breast and stuffed it. I usually do pancetta with chestnut stuffing, this year, green apple and sausage stuffing, fresh cranberry, mandarin and walnut chutney, mashed potatoes, green beans with toasted almonds and a beautiful gravy.

We read poetry and had a Greek wine tasting of course after some champagne.

I’ve made leftover all week since we did our Turkey Saturday.
Turkey s bowl, guacamole, baby spinach over brown rice.
Today Tuscan bread soup (left over stuffing) with dark Tuscan black cabbage leaves, and the last batch of chopped turkey, leaks, carrots, and rice, added a few mushroom caps.

I’m grateful to celebrate every year with lots of friends and to keep this tradition alive here at the Tuscan coast.
