The villa is nestled on top of a tall mountain, at around 2,000 feet above sea level, just outside the town of Cefalu, the 2nd most visited tourist location, South of Rome. Sicily is home to more Greek ruins on it's island than all of Greece. With ruins dating all the way back to 2,000 B.C., incredible hiking/climbing, the crystal clear Mediterranean Sea, tropical weather, world renowned beaches, historical architecture, decadent cuisine, and a fun/relaxing way of life...it proves why Sicily is the vacation destination you never knew you wanted to visit! :)
The Villa is 2,800 sq ft. With 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a large modern American kitchen, and a dining room that seats 6, it's perfect for all your vacation needs. The outdoor amenities include a second floor terrace just off the kithen and living room, spanning the entire length of the villa, overlooking the pool and Mediterranean Sea. It has a dining table for 6 and a gas grill, perfect for cookouts/barbeques. The lower level pool deck, consists of a large, fully stocked, covered outdoor kitchen. (Refrigerator/Freezer, sink, gas grill, and center island with barstools for dining) Attached to the kitchen is a lounge area with couch, coffee table and oversized chair with ottoman. The fully stocked bar contains a mini frige, sink, glassware, blender, ice, cocktail shaker/strainer, and more...it's a perfect escape from the sun, to cool off on those hot Mediterranean days. Just steps away from the bar, is the outdoor bathroom complete with shower. Relax by the pool in our shaded cabana bed, or soak up the sun on one of the loungers, while listening to the waves at the base of the mountain, crash against the shore. Finally the 3rd floor terrace offers breathtaking views of the mountainside and Mediterranean Sea. Take an evening and relax, while sitting around a fire in the firepit, while taking in the sight of millions of bright stars in the vast expanse of the night sky. Each section has website links and contact info for any of things you would want to see or experience while on your vacation! It goes with you wherever you go...right there on your phone.
