"Una pizza per sicurezza" is an initiative that has not only renewed our approach to workplace safety but also created a unique opportunity for connection among all team members. The choice to adopt an informal format, such as sharing a meal, to discuss such crucial topics has shown how open communication and the building of genuine relationships can concretely improve the .

The approach taken by our CEO Alessandro Vrech, who dedicates time to each individual worker, has fostered an atmosphere of trust and openness, encouraging dialogue and active involvement in suggestions for . It is essential that we all feel part of a common project, where every suggestion is heard and valued.
