It’s so exciting when the first bottle of passata is filled. From the garden to the bottle - fresh, no preservatives, simply delicious wholesome sauce. Wonderful ❤️



È così emozionante quando la prima bottiglia di Passata è riempita. Dal giardino alla bottiglia - fresco, senza conservanti, semplicemente deliziosa salsa sana. Meraviglioso ❤️

What the soil looked like before and after. W**d by w**d, picking the whole root to delay the regrowth by hand. There is something quite therapeutic in slowly slowly working across the soil, listening to it breath again. The occasional cat and kitten “helping” and the morning sun warming the soul. Who else enjoys therapy with Mother Nature?



Che aspetto aveva il terreno prima e dopo. Erbaccia da erbaccia, raccogliendo tutta la radice per ritardare la ricrescita a mano. C'è qualcosa di abbastanza terapeutico nel lavorare lentamente sul terreno, ascoltandolo respirare di nuovo. Il gatto e il gattino occasionali "aiutano" e il sole del mattino scalda l'anima. Chi altro gode la terapia con Madre Natura?

Foraging for asparagus - a little side tracked by the other plants and the amazing views but it was worth the hike.
