In summer it is a priceless pleasure to be able to enjoy, without haste, the coolest hours, the amber light, which slowly turns towards a deep blue, the sunset.
For family chefs it is the right opportunity to give their best, indulging in seasonal delicacies, perhaps embellished with a thread of the excellent Casale Mignola extra virgin olive oil.
In the colder months, on the other hand, it is a pleasure to explore the surrounding restaurants, perhaps those serving the typical specialties: gobbi parmesan cheese (made with thistles), tagliatelle with wild boar sauce, Marche's calcioni (folded pizza) or cheese pizza (two authentic local must-haves during the Easter period), to conclude with cavallucci (horse-shaped pastry cakes with dried fruit), ciambellone (ring cake) and, on the occasion of the end-of-year festivities, the Serpe di Cingoli (snake-shaped cake with dried fruit).
