I had a comfortable stay in a clean and comfortable accommodation. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and was provided while constantly checking my needs. All the staff were friendly and gave me a lot of advice and active help to make my trip in Santa Clara a good one. I really appreciate the breakfast provided at 6 am because I had to leave early in the morning. If I go back to Santa Clara, I will stay at Suites Florencia again.

Suite Florencia es una joya única. El hotel es maravilloso, extremadamente limpio y bien cuidado; todo allí es fantástico, especialmente el desayuno. Pero la mejor parte de la estadía son Lídia y Mirella. Ambas son encantadoras, muy atentas y realmente interesantes; podríamos pasar horas conversando con ellas. Recomiendo esta hospedaje a todos los que visiten Santa Clara.

We really loved staying at Gloria’s place. It was even more beautiful than the pictures. The location is incredible. It’s close to everything, but removed enough so that you don’t hear all of the noise associated with late night music on the main square. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. Delicious, and served on the lush patio. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable. Wonderful! Elegant, charming, peaceful... this is a simple oasis in the city center of thrilling Santa Clara. We loved the warm welcome by Gloria, Mirela, and Livia; the fine rooms with a romantic taste; and the stunning terrace surrounded by tall green plants that offer you the right amount of shade, oxygen, and calm! It's so relaxing to chat in the evening on the terrace with Livia or to enjoy the outstanding breakfast in the morning... one of the best of the whole journey! There is also the chance to reserve a city tour. We did one with Thalia, and thanks to it, we had the opportunity to appreciate and love this tiny town even more, famous above all for Che Guevara and his deeds.
