Casa La Perla is a self-catering 1 bedroom holiday apartment situated on Lake Como in an authentic Italian village Nesso. The location is ideal for guests looking for peace and relaxation, surrounded by unique natural beauty. Casa La Perla features a spacious living room (with sofa bed), a fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, a private bathroom and very large private sun terrace enjoying lake and mountain views The apartment is fully refurbished to include a central heating system, double glazing, new bathroom and new modern kitchen. It is filled with natural light and from the big private sun terrace you have stunning views of both the Alps and lake Como. Apartment is located a short walk from the village centre where local amenities can be found including restaurants, local bars and grocery stores. Apartment facilities: Kitchen with a dining table, fridge with a freezer compartment, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine and kitchenware. Bathroom with a walk-in shower, basin, toilet seat, bidet shower, hairdryer, towels and free toiletries. Double bedroom with a king size bed (160×200 cm), linen, two bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe and hangers. Living room with a standard double size sofa bed (140×190 cm), sofa table, chairs and a TV bench. Large (72 yd2 or 60 m2) private sun terrace with outdoor furniture, parasol with base and canopy. General: Private entrance, accessible by stairs only. Original Italian tile floors in the living areas. Double glazing throughout, central heating. Free WiFi on all rooms. Casa La Perla is near a free communal/public parking space in 150 m distance (reservation is not possible). It is possible to drive up to 20m from the property for luggage loading / unloading. The nearest airport is Milan Malpensa 47 km from the apartment and Milan Linate Airport is located 52 km away. The bus stop to Bellagio or Como town is just 50 meters from the apartment and it is also possible to catch ferries from Nesso which can take you on trips throughout the lake.
