“Sofia, tu definisci Cortina il posto del tuo cuore, perché?”
Mi ha chiesto oggi una giornalista dopo la seconda prova.
Mi sono fermata qualche istante, l’ho invitata a guardarsi intorno indicandole la “conca” e poi ho iniziato.
“Cortina è quella seggiovia a vecchio stampo a tre posti che dal Duca D’Aosta sale fino a Pomedes da cui, prima della ricognizione, ammiriamo l’alba mentre il sole tinge di arancione le Tofane.
Cortina è in grado di far ammutolire tutte noi quando ci guardiamo attorno, pervase da tanta Bellezza, Cortina è la pista meglio preparata di tutto il circuito di Coppa e per noi italiane è un po’ casa.
Cortina è tutto il supporto che ricevo dai Fans, che altro non fanno che darmi energia, facendomi sentire quel calore e quell’affetto che tanto amo…Cortina per me è tutto questo..”
Oggi pomeriggio però ho pensato che avrei potuto rispondere a questa domanda con una sola semplice frase.
“Cortina è il posto del mio cuore perché il cuore è, semplicemente, il posto dove albergano i Sogni e i Desideri… e i miei Sogni , ciò che vorrei, ciò che desidero profondamente , coincidono esattamente con tutto ciò che Cortina rappresenta per me”.
Cara mamma, come dici tu, tenere i sogni nel proprio cuore è fondamentale, ma ancora più importante è avere il coraggio di viverli.
Lo sto facendo .. e voglio continuare a farlo. ♥️
