Come stay with us an explore, in a relaxed manor, the culture, colors, tastes and vibes of this iconic Tuscan hilltop town www.ilgiardinodelvicino.com Proprietors Nicola & Thea (Cagliari) Nachbur purchased the property in July 2020 during the height of the pandemic sight unseen with plans to transform the villa into a 4-bedroom, 4-bath villa Toscana classica (non rustica) with an inviting tranquil

hidden garden and outdoor kitchen behind the villa and a magical large garden to the side of the villa for entertaining or day dreaming. Cortona is strategically located in the Valdichiana in between Roma, Orvieto, Perugia, Siena and Firenze. In the middle of the Tuscan wine giant regions of Montepulciano, Chianti & Montalcino. The hills are full of olive groves and truffles. The valleys are full of vineyards, sunflowers and wheat fields. Our property is now available to rent, hold events or ask for a customized experience for you and your party.
