Il nostro pane è memoria e futuro, è il sapore della montagna, il ritmo lento della cura, la forza della comunità.
Ogni forma racconta una storia. Ogni morso racconta di noi.
Perché dentro il pane c’è molto più che farina e acqua:
c'è il lavoro, la condivisione, l’anima di una valle che nutre e che chiede di essere nutrita.
E questo, è il momento di raccontarlo.

Dolomites Bike Day Un giorno senza tempo, dove a parlare sono stati solo il fiato corto, il battito del cuore e il silenzio delle Dolomiti.

Niente motori, nessuna fretta. Solo migliaia di ciclisti, una strada tutta per loro, e la libertà che scorre tra i tornanti.

Dolomites Bike Day, a celebration on two wheels
Saturday, June 21st is a date to mark for all cycling enthusiasts: a chance to ride the stunning Dolomite roads, free of traffic.

The Dolomites Bike Day is a 51-kilometer loop across three iconic mountain passes: Campolongo, Falzarego, and Valparola.

From 8:30 am to 2:30 pm, choose your starting point and enjoy a ride that borders on the sublime.

Over 20,000 cyclists took part in yesterday’s Sellaronda Bike Day, riding around the majestic Sella massif and crossing the legendary mountain passes of Gardena, Sella, Pordoi, and Campolongo.

No cars, just nature and smiles all around.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who shared this extraordinary day with us. 💚

Quando i passi dolomitici sono chiusi al traffico, è possibile riscoprire il fascino puro delle guglie rocciose che toccano il cielo.

Ed è così, domani i passi Sella, Gardena, Pordoi e Campolongo, un anello di 53 chilometri per 1650 metri di dislivello, con la cima Coppi del Pordoi a 2240 metri di altitudine, si trasformano in una festa a pedali.

When the Dolomite passes are closed to traffic, the raw beauty of the towering rocky spires that pierce the sky is once again revealed.

And that’s exactly what awaits tomorrow: the Sella, Gardena, Pordoi, and Campolongo passes, a 53-kilometre loop with 1,650 metres of elevation gain, crowned by the “Cima Coppi” of Pordoi at 2,240 metres, will become a festival on two wheels.
