Up to eight guests can enjoy Lake Como under sail on our rustic two-master. Those who wish can actively help to set the sails and operate the boat during the trip, steer the boat and learn about the technique of sailing. Alternatively you can simply sit on the forecastle and enjoy the gliding wind and the wonderful view of the panorama around the lake.

🇩🇪 Viel zu schnell ist wieder die Zeit vergangen. Wir danken allen Gästen, die mit uns einen Segel-Törn an Bord unserer La Vela Rossa unternommen haben. Ab Juli 2025 setzen wir wieder die Segel.

🇬🇧 Time has passed too quickly. We would like to thank all our guests who sailed with us on board of La Vela Rossa. We will be setting sail again in July 2025.

🇩🇪 So etwas zu lesen ist für uns nicht nur ein "gut gemacht", sondern zugleich auch ein "weiter so" und motiviert uns mächtig.

🇬🇧 Reading something like this is not only a “well done” for us, but also a “keep it up” and motivates us enormously:

Unfortunately, we only had time for a cruise on La Vela Rossa's rest day when we were passing through. However, Sabine and Klaus were kind enough to make the trip possible for us on that day. When the weather didn't play ball at the agreed time, they sat out the expected fine weather front with us and postponed the departure so that we could still enjoy the trip. They were really mega friendly, courteous, likeable, cheerful and super flexible. Despite the rain until shortly before the start, the beautiful sailing boat was spotlessly clean and dry. I have no idea how Sabine managed that. We learned a lot about everything we saw from the boat during the trip and about the history of the region. Her interesting explanations made her love for Lake Como clear.
We had a fantastic time sailing with Sabine and Klaus and would love to come back!
