What You’ll Do:

Assist with daily tour operations and logistics

Welcome and guide tourists through museums and attractions

Provide engaging and informative commentary on Florence’s history and art

Support customers with bookings, tickets, and general inquiries

Work closely with the team to ensure smooth and memorable experiences

What We’re Looking For:

Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Friendly, professional, and reliable,Passion for tourism and customer service
