Villa San Giovanni", Oasis in the Florentine Chianti

Located in the Florentine Chianti, halfway between Florence and Siena, Villa San Giovanni is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves alongside a forest of ancient oaks.

Capacity: 8 people
On the ground floor: the dining room, a large living room furnished with extreme elegance, a large and welcoming kitchen with fireplace, an office and a guest bathroom.
Upstairs: four spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms.

All rooms are bright, equipped with large windows and high ceilings with exposed beams, all with air conditioning.
The villa measures 400 square meters and is surrounded by a large garden with wonderful old oak trees that create a pleasant weather even on the hottest days.
The villa was built in 1930 on the spectacular ridge between the Val di Pesa and Val d'Elsa. The garden and swimming pool were designed by the previous owner, an English landscape Architect.

Situata nel Chianti Fiorentino, a metà strada tra Firenze e Siena, Villa San Giovanni è immersa fra vigne e oliveti a fianco di un bosco di querce secolari.

Capacità: 8 persone

Al piano terra: la sala da pranzo, un vasto soggiorno arredato con massima eleganza, una grande ed accogliente cucina con camino, l'office e un bagno per ospiti.

Al piano superiore: quattro spaziose camere da letto e tre bagni.
Tutte le stanze sono luminose, provviste di grandi finestre ed alti soffitti con travi a vista, tutte con aria condizionata.

La villa misura 400 mq ed è circondata da un ampio giardino con meravigliose querce secolari che creano un clima piacevole anche nelle giornate più calde.

La villa è stata costruita nel 1930 sullo spettacolare crinale tra la Val di Pesa e la Val d'Elsa. Il giardino e la piscina, sono stati progettati dal precedente proprietario, un architetto paesaggista inglese.
