6 months of Florence, vino, grappa, more vino, culture, Davide, Leonardo, Michelangelo, Dante, ACF Fiorentina and all around this incredible Tuscany with this fascinating hilly landscape - Florence is unique! As luck would have it, I got the opportunity to purchase a wonderful apartment in the heart of Firenze! This city and its rich cultural history has become my own personal story, so to speak -

The apartment is located in the San Frediano neighborhood and is very centrally located. All sights are within easy walking distance (e.g. Ponte Vecchio in 7 minutes). This neighborhood is suitable for people who want to live centrally but want to enjoy a hip and authentic neighborhood. Countless bars, excellent restaurants, live music clubs, etc. are within a 5-minute walk. Nevertheless, the apartment is located on a quiet side street. The apartment is on the first floor, for me personally very pleasant, because on the one hand you do not have to lug luggage and on the other hand I think it's cool to open the door and you are already in the middle of the apartment and thus in the middle of life! In addition, you have the opportunity to watch the action on the street from the sofa. Facts:
