6 months of Florence, vino, grappa, more vino, culture, Davide, Leonardo, Michelangelo, Dante, ACF Fiorentina and all around this incredible Tuscany with this fascinating hilly landscape - Florence is unique! As luck would have it, I got the opportunity to purchase a wonderful apartment in the heart of Firenze! This city and its rich cultural history has become my own personal story, so to speak -

and I am only at the beginning of my journey! On this page you will learn interesting, unnecessary and cool things about Florence and its surroundings. Even though Florence welcomed me with open arms, the road to buying and renovating an apartment was - to put it nicely - exciting and very educational. With no plan and even less experience, I fortunately listened to my inner voice and it paid off. In the meantime everything is easy, I know real estate agencies, craftsmen, lawyers, notaries and the opening and delivery times of IKEA... Today I would almost call myself a real estate expert! The apartment is located in the San Frediano neighborhood and is very centrally located. All sights are within easy walking distance (e.g. Ponte Vecchio in 7 minutes). This neighborhood is suitable for people who want to live centrally but want to enjoy a hip and authentic neighborhood. Countless bars, excellent restaurants, live music clubs, etc. are within a 5-minute walk. Nevertheless, the apartment is located on a quiet side street. The apartment is on the first floor, for me personally very pleasant, because on the one hand you do not have to lug luggage and on the other hand I think it's cool to open the door and you are already in the middle of the apartment and thus in the middle of life! In addition, you have the opportunity to watch the action on the street from the sofa. Facts:
- 2 rooms with double bed
- Additional 1 gallery with single bed
- Total 5 sleeping places
- Optional 1 additional sleeping possibility on the sofa (no sofa bed).
- 15 minutes walk from Firenze main train station.
- Florence airport about 30 minutes by streetcar to Florence main station.
- The apartment is located 2 minutes walk from Piazza Santo Spirito.
- Possibility to get tickets in advance for football, museums etc.

Hi!
I am renting out my wonderful apartment in the heart of Florence, 2 minutes from Piazza Santo Spirito.
Everything you need to live is within walking distance, yet the apartment is very quiet.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a gallery with 1 single bed (total sleeps 5). There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a private courtyard of approx. 15m2. The apartment is conveniently located on the first floor and is fully furnished.
It is available immediately until May 20, 2025 and from June 23rd 2025.

ONLY LONGTERM RENT, at least minimum 1 month. Contract "transitorio".

I prefer guests who treat my apartment with respect and do not make parties. Even though we like pets, pets are not allowed. Non smoking apartment.
