Farmhouse Eleonora is located at the famouse Grosetta - Maremma area. This recently restored 18th century ex granary is a spacious and airy farmhouse located amongst the picturesque Tuscan countryside of old pine forest, typical of this area. Popularly known as the cowboy area however it also has a magnificent coastline and crystal waters, many of florence`s nobels spend their summers here .

The owners have taken utmost care in restoring this granary to a beautiful farmhouse that could acoomodate a group of up to 11 people. The farmhouse has a beautiful garden and a spacious and well furnished patio over looking the pine trees forest making it a relaxing and peaceful setting for enjoying al frescoe dining.

Apartment Amore is a cute little apartment located on the first floor (with no lift) at the classical city of Florence close to the San Lorenzo Market, Duomo, Cappelle Medicee and also very close to Santa Maria Novella train station. The apartment is amidst shops, restaurants, pubs, trattoria etc. Major museums, monuments, etc. are just a few minutes by foot from the apartment. Duomo and Palazzo Vecchio are just a 10m minutes walk from the apartment. This place is an ideal accommodation at the centre of the historic jewel city. Accommodation: The apartment has a double bedroom, one bathroom with shower, dining/living room with double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette area. The Rossino`s apartment has a double bedroom , one bathroom with shower and a big living room with kitchen. Here there are also two chair-beds for 2 people. The kitchen is well equipped (also dishwasher), in the living room you can use the fireplace that you find together with sat-tv and direct telephone. outside guests have at their disposal a reserved garden area furnished with table, chairs, deckchairs and beach umbrella. every kind of comfort is at guests` disposal, such as sat-tv, fireplace with firewood, dishwasher in every kitchen; outdoor the relax is assured with solarium and swimming pool, where you can spend moments of perfect peace. for privacy and security of guests, the area is fully enclosed, the entrance gate is automatic. there is a shared swimming pool at the guests disposal.

Villa Luciano is a lovely 12th century vacation rental villa located at the 100hc Pandolfini Estate. This is a marvellous estate that comprises of a private forest, vineyards, Olive grooves etc. The estate is just 10km from the historical centre of Florence. There is a cute little village right near the villa, good for icecreams in the afternoon and fresh fruit & veggies from the farmer market on Wednesday mornings. There is a butcher, two pizzerias, bank, chemist, and a couple of good general stores within 10 mins walk. The Lastra a signa train station also is just 700 metres from the estate. We run a cooking school on this estate. We can also easily arrange a chef to come and cook for you some evenings if you like or you can join in on the cooking classes or just come for lunch/dinner if you like.

Magnificent and very luxurious ,splendidly furnished with antiques , original doors from the 1800`s, wooden parquet floors. this is definately the room with a view! Apartment 3 has a balcony with fabulous views directly on the Piazza, it is quiet with double glass on the windows and doors. This apartment has a very large elegant living room with antique dining table and chairs , breathtaking antique sideboard and 2 velvet couches that are also beds (proper matresses , these were made to be primarily beds then couches) and can be made as a double or 2 singles. Off this room is a hallway that leasd to the double bedroom with afrescoed border and the same incredible views onto the piazza below. The bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom and a safe. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, coffee facilities , 4 gas burner stove top and microwave and dishwasher .
