Let's live in the moment

In a world where everything seems to move at lightning speed (except for this magnificent tortoise!)—it's easy to lose ourselves

We spend so much time worrying about the future or replaying the past (I'm guilty, too!) that we forget to experience what's right in front of us:

the present moment

But, how can we change our mindset to live in the moment?
Here are a few doable tips (I will do them with you!):

• Start your day with a mindfulness practice such as meditation or deep breathing
• Try to limit distractions & put your dang phone away during meaningful activities
• Practice gratitude daily, even for the smallest joys
• Engage in grounding activities such as yoga, journalism, gardening, or a walk in nature

Life is fleeting and the present moment is the only one we truly have
So, pause, take a deep breath and soak it all in, right now
♡♡♡

He sure knows how to live every moment!

For , here is the tale of the jackal & the guinea fowl
☆☆☆
On our first game drive in , we were lucky to witness an exhilarating scene: a cunning jackal on the hunt, facing off with a flock of guinea fowl

As the jackal approached, the guinea fowl scattered in all directions, but one clever bird took to the safety of the tree.
The jackal, not one to give up too easily, waited patiently for another chance
Finally, when the bird made its move, it soared straight into another tree, narrowly escaping the jackal's grasp (well, at least for the moment!)

There truly are no words to describe the thrill of seeing nature's drama unfold before your eyes!

Every day and every safari is different, exciting and unforgettable
