FRESCONACCIA, our family's house in Tuscany, is available for holiday rentals throughout the summer of 2024. BUT WE ONLY HAVE A FEW WEEKS STILL AVAILABLE!
Situated on a hillside in peaceful countryside a few miles outside the historic spa town of Bagni di Lucca, this traditional Tuscan house is a beautiful place for a holiday for 8 people. On the top floor there is a bathroom and two bedrooms, one with a balcony with stunning views, while on the middle floor there are two connecting bedrooms, two sitting rooms, and a shower room. The main entrance is on the ground floor, where there is a kitchen/dining room and a lovely terrace for outdoor meals. The house also has its own table tennis table (situated in the cantina) and a traditional pizza oven.
SWIMMING POOL
The house has its own pool, situated in a spectacular position on the hillside with views across the Lima Valley.
LOCATION
The house is 75 minute drive from Pisa airport.
The nearest town is Bagni di Lucca, which has its own train station, a number of supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and a weekly street market. It also has tennis courts.
The nearest village, Casabasciana, is a 5 minute drive/30 minute walk away. It has its own bar and well-stocked general store in the square.
A fantastic restaurant/bar, Villa Aurora, is a 15-minute walk from the house.
Lucca is 45 minutes away by car, Florence 90 minutes, and the seaside - Forte de Miami - is 75 minutes' drive away.

£1300 per week peak season (July/August)
£1150 per week otherwise (May/June/September)
