“Villa Mediterranea Cipriani” offers a peaceful refuge only one 1 hour and a half away from Rome, Naples and Pompeii. Not to forget that there are several interesting Italian sites to visit away from the conventional tourist attractions nearby…such as Gaeta, Sperlonga, Terracina, Cassino, Caserta, etc. Walk by restaurants, cafés, beach clubs, and grocery stores. This Villa offers the tourists an escape from the chaos of the city with its airy and bright rooms and its balconies with their stunning views.
“Villa Mediterranea Cipriani” is at the middle of the Gaeta Gulf, which includes the medieval towns of Formia, Gaeta and Minturno, with its ancient Roman ruins, medieval castles, ancient churches and shops, restaurants, trattoria, pizzeria and home-made ice cream shops. The three towns adjacent to the villa offer wonderful restaurants that serve seafood caught every day in the bay. This Villa is one of the few residences with this stunning garden surrounding for intimate holidays and it is the ideal space to spend a peaceful and unforgettable holiday, within a day-trip distance from Rome and Naples but without the noise of the city. The accessibility of the train makes “Villa Mediterranea Cipriani” an excellent home base for exploration of the entire area, without having to deal with city traffic. Main info

More about the house
Once you enter the house passing by the large green garden you will find a comfortable living room with a dining area, in front of which you will find a fully equipped kitchen (with refrigerator, dishwasher and oven). There is also a storage room where you can find the washing machine and all you may need for a relaxing day by the seaside. In the living room there is one big and comfortable sofa next to other 2 small and cosy sofas, a big flat TV, stereo system, DVD Player and a Recorder. In the living room you can also find a stereo system, and a cosy reading area next to the fire place. The second floor has four bedrooms; there are two master bedrooms (one of them with bathroom) that have comfortable and large double beds, with balconies that offer a stunning view of the Il Redentore Mountain and the Gaeta gulf sea, the other 2 rooms have two single beds and 4 single beds, a bathroom (with toilet, bidet and tub), and a storage room. Moreover, you can relax outside the house under the tent enjoying the green of the large garden with BBQ and a dining area surrounded by tall pine trees. Not to forget that this Villa offers a very comfortable private access road to the beach which ends in a cosy sitting area with a nice seaview surrounded by palm trees perfect to have some snacks and family meetings by the sea. This is the best choice for tourists who want to relax by the seaside and having a nice headquarter from which to visit Central Italy. Our guests’ favourite area is the Depandance, equipped with seating area, kitchen, bathroom, music player, big flat TV, where by Snipping a bottle of a good Italian wine you can enjoy the sunset and also relax under the Italian warm weather most days of the year. Also, thanks to the private access to the sea you can forget your car at home and relax yourself by the fine and gold sandy beach that is perfect for children thanks to the bath area which is protected by barriers and water is not deep. Do not forget that the home is near to a bus stop, so it’s very easy reach the city centre, the mall Itaca or the train station. You will really enjoy your holidays in Italy, relaxing and sleeping in a great peaceful Italian villa!
