The Villa is built in two parts, and the amazing outbuilding. In the first part: On the ground floor there is a large and bright living room overlooking the garden. There is a big sofa and the tv (big flat TV) and fireplace area. A studio area and table and seats for 6 persons. There is a fully equipped bathroom with the small laundry room. There is the kitchen room, bright and large as well with table and seats for 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with professional first class equipment and fireplace.... It is connected to a large paved garden and porch with an outside table and seats and external barbecue area fully equipped of first class furniture’s as well. All the night area is wood floored. The master bedroom has a large double bed, a high window overlooking the flourish garden and a private wardrobe room. The second bedroom has a double bed, private wardrobe, desk and seat, window and window door to the panoramic terrace overlooking garden and the sea. The third bedroom has 2 single beds and mini wardrobe, with private panoramic balcony. There are 2 bathrooms. The first one with a large whirlpool bath, Crystal shower, wood flooring and access to the panoramic terrace overlooking the garden and the sea. The annex is the houseboat (which has to be requested at least 1 week before arrival), which has near spa area with sauna and swimming pool, along with a wide solarium area of the garden. The boat has a bathroom with a shower, and 2 single beds. There's also another bathroom with a shower in the garden. All built in 2014.
