Paula Ralph is on a cycling journey, unsupported, from Cape Town, South Africa, to North Cape, Norway. Her road cycling adventure began with a Ital Cycling Bike Tours Rule 5 Cycling Coaching training camp right here on Lake Garda. And from Lake Garda to crossing the Equator, it felt like just a heartbeat...

The best way to start our tourist season on Lake Garda. Dennis and Patricia from Canada, great friends of our region and Ital Cycling, have returned to visit us. And we made sure to enjoy beautiful bike tours, sailing outings with Fraglia Vela Malcesine, a visit to the Ferrari factory in Maranello, and much more!

We baptized Paula two years ago during one of our training camps on Lake Garda. She was just beginning her great project.

Tomorrow, in fact, will be the moment for her to embark on a memorable challenge: an ultra ride of 19,000 km from Cape Town (South Africa) to Nordkapp (Norway).

This truly inspires us. Together with Ian Jenner, we had a role in her preparation.
