LA LOCATION
Posto in storica dimora liberty in Fornico, antico borgo sulle colline sopra Bogliaco, l’appartamento si sviluppa al primo e secondo piano del palazzo e vi si accede dall’ingresso principale indipendente direttamente dal giardino interno. L’appartamento, che gode di una splendida vista sul Lago di Garda, è il luogo perfetto per trascorrere giornate rilassanti e godere della quiete inal

terata di questo posto privilegiato dal sole. Cucina, salone, bagno e tre camere, sono lo sviluppo interno dell’appartamento così suddiviso:
Al piano giardino si trova la cucina abitabile (tavolo e panca), dotata di ampio piano cottura e forno elettrico, forno a microonde e completa di lavastoviglie. Ampia dotazione di stoviglie e accessori oltre ad un servizio completo di piatti e posateria. A lato si trova il salone con camino decorato a maioliche, ampie sedute imbottite e un grande tavolo per 10 persone. Al piano superiore si trova il luminoso bagno dotato di ampie finestrature che affacciano sul giardino e completo di vasca/doccia. Allo stesso piano sono situate tre camere da letto, tutte con vista lago e dotate di ventilatori. La camera “Arancione” con letto singolo e letto a castello, la camera “Corda”, ampia e spaziosa camera da letto con balcone e finestra e infine la camera “Blu”, anch’essa con letto matrimoniale. Ampi gli spazi esterni a disposizione a partire dalla terrazza con tavolo ed ombrellone da cui si accede dal salone, oppure lo spazio esterno dotato di BBQ per godersi l’ombra di palme e oleandri nella riservatezza della corte chiusa. Il giardino, di oltre 400mq totali, prosegue anche a un livello superiore accessibile da scalinata in pietra e, riparato da muro in pietra su cui crescono piante di capperi e agavi, completo di lettini e sdraio per bagni di sole in totale privacy. I vostri compagni animali sono i benvenuti nel rispetto delle regole e della casa. Completano i servizi Internet Wi-Fi dedicata agli ospiti, presente con segnale in ogni stanza e posto privato coperto per biciclette e moto. LA POSIZIONE NEL BORGO
La casa è situata nel centro del borgo e non è possibile l’accesso diretto con le vetture. Il parcheggio dista solo una ventina di metri dal cancello del palazzo. La casa è assolutamente perfetta per famiglie con bambini ma è anche location strategica per giovani dinamici e sportivi (sport acquatici, tennis, mountain-bike, golf ed escursioni in montagna e a cavallo). Il lago dista 2 km dal paese, a cinque minuti di macchina e, per chi ama camminare, offre lo spunto per una passeggiata fino alla spiaggia di Bogliaco (importante centro dello sport velico). Per gli amanti del golf si segnala il Bogliaco Golf Club a meno di 2 km. Il borgo non ha negozi che si possono però trovare a Bogliaco, Gargnano mentre a Maderno sono disponibili due supermercati. Esiste un servizio di vendita a domicilio con cui siamo convenzionati e di cui potrete fruire con la comodità di ricevere quanto serve direttamente a casa. Per gli amanti della buona cucina consigliamo una visita alla “Trattoria Fornico” situata all’ingresso del borgo, fronte parcheggio. Al vostro arrivo troverete sempre qualcuno ad accogliervi e a darvi le prime informazioni di base. Se non potremo farlo direttamente, noi viviamo a Brescia che dista circa 50Km, sarete accolti da una persona di nostra fiducia che risiede nel borgo ed a cui potrete rivolgervi per ogni esigenza o necessità. Il silenzio, il verde degli ulivi, l'aria pulita che si respira, il blu del lago, le passeggiate e le escursioni per ammirare il lago, il canto dei grilli e dell’usignolo di notte, poter fare birdwatching al nido delle tortore nel cipresso davanti alla cucina, raccogliere le prugne del nostro albero e i capperi da mettere sotto sale, l’accoglienza e il sorriso degli abitanti. Nel borgo il tempo si dilata e acquista valore nel riappropriarsi delle cose semplici, in un contesto degno di un dipinto d’altri tempi

È vietato organizzare feste ed eventi. Non è consentito fumare all’interno. Nelle ore notturne devono essere evitati comportamenti che provochino disturbo agli altri ospiti della casa. Eventuali danni apportati alla casa o a cose, devono essere risarciti. The Location
Set in a historical location in Fornico, ancient hamlet on the hillside above Bogliaco, our apartment occupies the first and second floor of the building. The apartment is accessed by a private front door that is reached directly through an indoor garden. Enjoying a splendid view over Lake Garda, the apartment is the perfect place to spend a few relaxing days and make the most of the peace and quiet of this sun-kissed location. The apartment includes a kitchen, living area, bathroom and three bedrooms and is set out as follows:
On the level of the garden you will find the kitchen-dining area (with bench dining table), equipped with ample cooking surfaces, electric oven, microwave and complete with a washing machine. Ample flatware and equipment provided in addition to a complete set of plates and cutlery. Next door is a spacious living area with a fireplace decorated in majolica painted pottery, ample upholstered seating and a large table that seats ten people. On the first floor is the bright bathroom with ample windows that look out onto the garden, complete with a shower/bath. On the same floor are the three bedrooms, each with a lake view and equipped with fans; the “Orange” room with a single bed and bunk bed, the “Corda” room, an ample and spacious bedroom with window balcony and lastly the “Blue” room, which also has a double bed. Cot or bed guard available on request. Ample outdoor area, from the terrace that is accessed from the large living area, complete with patio umbrella table, as well as the other outdoor area, equipped with a BBQ so you can enjoy the shade from the palm and rose-bay trees within the privacy of an enclosed courtyard. The garden, more than 400m2 in total, also leads up to a higher level accessed by stone steps, sheltered stone walls with climbing Caper plants and Agave plants, and complete with loungers and beach chairs so you can sunbathe in total privacy. Your pets are welcome, in accordance with regulations of the property. Includes WiFi that is reserved for guests, with routers in every room, and a private covered area for bicycles and motorbikes. The house is situated in the centre of the hamlet and you cannot drive right up to the property. Parking is only twenty metres or so from the gate of the building. The house is absolutely ideal for families with children, but is also strategically located for active and sporty young people (water sports, tennis, mountain-biking, golf and horse rides available in the mountains). The lake is 2 km away from the town, five minutes in the car, and for those who love walking this is a great starting point for a walk to Bogliaco beach (important centre for sailing sports). For golf-lovers, we recommend the Bogliaco Golf Club, less than 2 km away. Though there are no shops in the hamlet, there are two supermarkets available in Bogliaco, Gargnano. You also have the option of a shopping home-delivery service with whom we have an agreement for discounts for our guests; that way you can enjoy the convenience of having everything you need delivered directly to the apartment. For foodies, we recommend paying a visit to the “Trattoria Fornico”, located at the entrance of the hamlet car park. Let yourself be tempted by the delicacies prepared by Marco and his staff!! If we are unable to be there in person, as we live approximately 50km away in Brescia, you will be welcomed by a trusted person, who will also on hand for any other requirements or needs you may have. The peace, the green of the olive trees, the pure air, the blue of the lake, strolls and day trips to admire the lake, the chirping of the crickets and the nightingales, being able to watch turtle doves in their nest in the cypress trees from the kitchen, enjoying prunes and salted capers picked straight from our trees, the warm welcome and smile from the locals. Time slows down and is savoured in this hamlet, as you start take pleasure in the small things again, against a backdrop that is fit for antique paintings. Property Regulations
It is forbidden to organise parties or events. You may not smoke inside the property. During the night, conduct that may disturb other guests must be avoided. Compensation will be required in the case of damage to the property or belongings.
