We see it every day when we arrive at our office in the heart of the historic center, between noble palaces and narrow alleys.

The routine of a Genoese is made of strolls through the “caruggi” and a lunch break at a “friggitoria” (fried food shop): that’s why we love making you experience our city with a local touch!

Christmas in Genoa means one thing: pandolce!

This centuries-old tradition traces its origins back to Persian culture and has been lovingly perfected by the Genoese since the 1500s.

According to traditions, the youngest member of the family serves the pandolce at the table, presenting it to the head of the household as a symbol of respect.

During the holiday season, every pastry shop in Genoa proudly showcases this iconic dessert.

A journey into the heart of Valpolicella wines, renowned among the finest in the world!

Valpolicella is a wonderful region with rolling hills covered with vineyards that stretches between Verona and Lake Garda.

On our recent scouting trips, we had the privilege of meeting a wine producer who owns magnificent 14th-century villas, carrying forward centuries-old traditions passed down through generations.

These passionate artisan opens his doors to our guests, inviting them into remarkable, off-the-beaten-path locations to savor exquisite wines immersed in the history of this place and family. We like places with stories to tell!

What a great experience to welcome 6 international travel agents in the Italian Riviera for the FAM trip of the past days AFTER !

Together with Grand Hotel Savoia Genova we created this FAM trip between Genoa, Portofino, Santa Margherita and Camogli, to make them live the authentic life all'italiana in the places where we live.

In Portofino someone left their heart, while in the picturesque Camogli we revealed the secrets of the famous cheese focaccia right by the sea.
In Genoa we tried an old mortar, we went shopping at the flea market, we visited a confectionery shop dating back to 1790, we tasted the famous "panera" ice cream and we discovered a hidden gem inside a Reinassance palace!

Thanks to all for these beautiful moments and see you soon in the Italian Riviera!

Here, we are at one of Genoa’s oldest confectioneries, dating back to the 1700s, where the traditional art of wrapping is still alive. The confectionery uses the characteristic blue paper once employed to package bulk sugar, honoring a time-honored practice. This tradition thrives thanks to Genoa’s historical role as a major port for sugar imports and the influence of neighboring France’s “confiserie” culture.
