***Night Star Walk - 6 agosto*** La “Night Star Walk” è una passeggiata notturna che si snoda nei dintorni del Parco astronomico “Livio Gratton”, in una delle località più suggestive e buie dei Castelli Romani, luogo dove è ancora possibile l’osservazione del cielo stellato a occhio n**o. Durante la passeggiata gli esperti operatori dell’Associazione Tuscolana di Astronomia parleranno di inquinamento luminoso e di accorgimenti per limitarlo, illustreranno la geologia dell’area e in particolare la storia del vulcano laziale, la ricca flora e fauna locali, e naturalmente il cielo stellato, stimolandone l’osservazione diretta a occhio n**o. Al termine della passeggiata si tornerà al Parco astronomico per mettere l’occhio all’oculare dei telescopi e osservare tutti gli oggetti celesti visibili con grande accuratezza.

Happy birthday Rome !!!
