A wonderful dish that brings together Mediterranean flavors and halfway between spring and early summer, in a delicious restaurant just minutes from Casalone:
Ravioli stuffed with burrata and zucchini flowers with baked cherry tomatoes, burrata cheese and basil.

Autunno, colors and lights at Casalone

The photos were taken in August, but after a very hot summer, the colors already made us think of September, a splendid month for the cool temperature that always allows you to be inebriated by the wonderful swimming pool surrounded by nature, splendid for the full colors that " ripen "and for the delicious fruits that can be picked at Casalone just walking on the grass: figs, jujubes, arbutus.
