Detached house with a spacious garden situated in the heart of Greve in Chianti, 200 meters from the main square. The house is conveniently located very close to the bus stop, from where you can catch any bus to reach Florence, Siena and other destinations in the Chianti region. Being located in a convenient spot in the Chianti, you can easily organise many excursions in this beautiful area. The h

ouse is the perfect solution for those who are looking for comfort, relaxation and privacy, while also having the convenience of being right in the centre of Greve, close to shops and services. It has 4 large bedrooms (three double and a triple bedroom), 2 bathrooms with showers, one kitchen equipped with oven and dishwasher, and a lounge with a maxi screen Smart TV. The rear garden, which is quiet and private, has a lovely pergola and a barbecue. During the hotter months, the outdoor space is equipped with deckchairs and a shower, plus a children’s play area. A private garage for motorbikes and bikes is also at the guests’ disposal. The house and the exterior were completely renovated in the summer of 2017, so all the furniture and equipment are brand new. It has heating and air conditioning, and ceiling fans in all the rooms.
