-Proper equipment and preparation is very important!
-Activities and sports in the mountains are underestimated, and one thinks, "We'll do that." However, the mountains and the weather are unpredictable and we want everyone to come safely and at home! Just go well prepared for it, it's not nice if others have to wait for you because you do not have your stuff in order. We do
not make a match, it's just beautiful to get on top! Thereforwe have a number of `game rules'.
-Activities performed by third parties like Canoying, Paragliding and Ferrata/ trail include the necessary equipment. Our guides and partners have WA insurance, but you are in another country, so take care of the right travel insurance! Equipment for walking
-Required: Good sturdy walking shoes, bottle of water, reasonable condition
-Advice: Proper clothing / good fit, backpack, raincoat, hat, sweater, spare shirt / socks, walking sticks Sets of clothing + shoes in the car (it is not really fresh to drive back sweat)
General
-Be on time at the point of collection / agreed place, you are late, you are not entitled to a refund
-We are not liable for your ignorance, negligence and your malicious material
-You are responsible, check whether your travel insurance covers the activities!
-You must follow the directions of the guide at all times
-We reserve the right to refuse you if you wish to participate in inaccurate material
-Activities can be changed by us if the (weather) circumstances we force
-Only in exceptional situations, you are entitled to a refund
-Includes certified local guide with knowledge of local nature and culture
-All our meals in the Active Packages are non-alcoholic
-Our guides / partners are certified and WA insured in case of accidents
-Our guides speak English / Italian / sometimes German
-Take a walk with your own equipment.
