⚓ It has been such a pleasure having the very successful charter yacht M/Y Arion visiting our beautiful island again, over the past couple of weeks, inbetween the quiet Marina di Casamicciola and the lively Marina di Ischia! ☀️ With the Monaco Grand Prix done and dusted, the Med Season 2021 has officially started. ⛵

As of May 16th Italy has opened travelling for all EU and Schengen Area Citizen + UK + a list of Green Listed countries (including Israel, Australia, New Zealand, etc.), with no quarantine under following conditions.
Travellers have to be either:

- Fully Vaccinated

- Have a negative PCR Test made max 48hrs prior to departure

- Or a Certificate stating they have recently recovered from COVID


Unfortunately, restrictions remain still in place for travellers from other countries, we hope to see them lifted soon, at least partially.

A curfew at 2300 is still in place, but will be lifted in the next few weeks, same goes for the mandatory mask outdoors (possibly in July).

For the rest the country is slowly but surely returning to a resemblance of normality.

Facilities in our area are slowly reopening and gearing up to receive incoming visitors. Over the next couple of weeks most amenities are also going to reopen.

We are all aware this season is going to need a certain degree of flexibility, but “flexibility” is our middle name, and we are – as always – ready to go! 💪🏼⚓

It's Spring! 🌸🌱🌷☀️

And it is starting to show on our little island. There is still a chilly wind, but nature is clearly giving us signs of rebirth.

What else can we say? It is certainly difficult to make any predictions, at this very stage.

Nevertheless, we are hoping for a good Summer season to come, despite the current limitations.

We are, however, gearing up and getting ready. As soon as we will get the go ahead, we will be fully operative.
