The apartment is overlooking to the lake, fully renovated in 2012 years ago, in the typical Scandinavian design. Consists in an open space with; living room, dining table and kitchen. Three bedrooms, one of which is a passageway room, and two bathrooms. One very large with double bathtub, large shower and double sink, the other very small, boat style, that includes also a shower. e also a small laundry room, a balcony and a large terrace with incredible views on the lake; where you can dine and where you can sunbathing enjoying the view. The house is 60 meters from the tourist office, 80 meters from the beach, allowing the guests to get directly in swimwear, and 70 meters from the wharf. Where the ferry goes around the Lake Maggiore, stopping in the most typical places, like the Monastery of St. Catherine, Stresa and its islands. The terrace is equipped with a hot shower. The apartment is very characteristic being furnished with unique artworks of the owner of the apartment who is an artist exposing in the Contini Art Factory Gallery in Venice, like lamps, curtains and vertical gardens. There is a particular attention to the lighting, in the evening the atmosphere is very cozy, the lamps evoke emotions and a friendly atmosphere. The apartment also includes a free parking space. You will discover every time new works, that maybe are not the same that you have seen in photos. Malpensa airport is 28 km distant. Lake Como is 50 km distant. A sandy beach is at 80 meters, with an elegant promenade and two bars, one of which has also a restaurant. The ferry dock is at 70 meters. The tourist office is located only at 60 meters.
