The Local Area - La Salle is situated on a gentle, sun bathed slope between vineyards, orchards and mountain pastures at an altitude of 1000 metres and is overlooked by the stunning Mont Blanc. Explore historic castles and villages and hidden valleys by car or bus. In the summer months visit some local events – wine festivals, village festivals, and even cow fights! La Salle can be reached easily by car from Italy via the A5 autostrada (www.autostrade.it), or from France via the Mont Blanc Tunnel (http://www.tunnelmb.net). There are frequent bus connections to and from Aosta, Milan, Turin, and Chamonix (www.savda.it).
