is eco-friendly villa 7 sleeps, close to the beach, only 350 meter from sea, in Noto Marina - Lido di Noto. Villa dipped in 10.000 smq lemon's grove, near "Riserva Naturalistica di Vendicari" and San Lorenzo beach. Air conditioning. Wi-fi internet. enjoy with our small production of honey, extra virgin olive oil, Nero d’Avola wine. ​Our Villa is 350 mt away from sand beach, in Lido di Noto, known as Noto Marina. Totally autonomous villa, 80 sqm + 40 sqm veranda, independent gate, free parking. Outside extra shower. The villa is in a very quiet and wide lemons garden. There are 10,000 sqm garden of lemon wood and tropical fruit trees. We have one donkey and some others small animals. Fresh chicken eggs every day. ​ The garden is watered in summer season, then the property is fresher than the surrounding areas. Comfortable beds with slats and foam latex mattresses in bedrooms. ​ Barbecue, satellite TV with international channel, dishwasher, garden furniture, bike. Wood for stove for winter period. Toys for children, slide, swing, playground, 2x4 mt swimming pool, hammock, Divx DVD player, baby cot and highchair.
