Moreover, it is an ideal base for exploring the wider environment with its imposing castles, natural beauty and wine domains.

CASA DI TONNO (Available summer 2019) Via Guglielmo Marconi 80, 65014 Loreto Aprutino, Pescara

Maximum: 6 people

The house dates back to the 15th century and is located in a picturesque street in the historic center of the village of Loreto Aprutino. In 2019 the house was beautifully renovated and equipped with modern facilities. The thick walls provide coolness in the summer and keep out the cold in winter. The authentic elements of the house, such as the vaults and stone floors, were restored to their original glory. Eric and Rita were looking for unique pieces of furniture and decoration in baroque style for this house, which together form a warm, romantic interior in which you can enjoy yourself. In addition, the roof terrace offers the opportunity to enjoy the view with a glass of wine. In short, this is a house with a soul where you will quickly feel at home.

The house was also built in the 15th century and is located in the oldest street of the historic center of Loreto Aprutino. The cozy home has been stylishly renovated by an Italian architect for the past 14 years and used as a work place. It has a modern look with some artistic twist here and there. In addition, the beautiful Pietrists on the walls are partly made visible, which has an atmospheric effect. Now this gem knows a new life as a holiday home. With this house, after a day full of activities, you can also relax on one of the two terraces.
