E' nata così, dopo un lungo studio, la nostra Gran Selezione "Il Torriano".
Il massimo sforzo per riuscire, attraverso questo vino, a comunicare il nostro territorio e le sfumature che un vitigno magico come il Sangiovese, possa assumere nella parte nord del Chianti Classico.
La massima tradizione nell'affinamento, con l'utilizzo
Siamo rimasti senza parole per questo riconoscimento e ringraziamo Wine Spectator per aver capito ed apprezzato l'immenso lavoro fatto per far nascere "Il Torriano 2016".
A single vineyard of Sangiovese
A single large 40hl barrel.
This is how, after a long study, our Gran Selezione "Il Torriano" was born.
The maximum effort to be able, through this wine, to communicate our territory and the nuances that a magical grape variety like Sangiovese can take in the northern part of Chianti Classico.
The utmost tradition in the aging process, with the use of the most modern technology.
We were speechless for this recognition and we thank Wine Spectator for understanding and appreciating the immense work done to make "Il Torriano 2016" come to life.

"I've" done it again. Another of the wineries I propose on my tours has obtained a huge recognition. Now all we need is for travel to become possible, and you'll be able to taste some of these first class wines for yourselves.
