We spent last week visiting our partners and customers in India and had an amazing experience.

With our partner Fortuna Colours & Prints LLP, we met our customer, Orient Fashions. They installed an aleph LAFORTE 400 Fabric printer in July 2024 using reactive dye inks, that has been delivering outstanding speed and quality performance, enabling the company to significantly increase capacity and generate a speedy return on investment.

Building on this success, we are excited to announce that a new LAFORTE 400 Fabric unit using pigment inks will be installed in March. The new installation is aimed at further expanding Orient Fashions printing capabilities, with a sustainable and versatile solution. Featuring the latest highly stable water-based pigment ink technology, this printer enables high-speed printing directly onto all types of textiles, delivering highly reliable jetting performance and meeting application requirements.

This fully waterless, low energy process represents a new chapter for Orient Fashions in the production of sustainable textile prints. What a great Christmas party! It was an event filled with a cheerful and relaxed atmosphere, great entertainment, and the perfect setting to connect and reflect on a remarkable year.

Our customer, Orient Fashion Exports India Pvt Ltd has taken a significant leap forward in enhancing its digital printing capabilities with the recent purchase of an aleph LAFORTE 400 direct-to-fabric printer.

Orient Fashion supply many of today’s high level international brands from their New Delhi production facility and needed to find the next generation in digital printing technology to service and grow its international clientele. After a lengthy selection process, the company opted for the aleph LAFORTE 400. Six months after installation, the printer has transformed Orient's production line into a fast response, high quality print on demand leader in the Indian print export market.

The recently upgraded aleph LAFORTE 400 printer is consistently reaching print speeds of 275 lm/h. It uses reactive dye inks on cotton and viscose fabrics, significantly improving the company’s production capacity and ensuring market leading return on investment timelines.

According to Orient Fashion, the key benefits that they have already achieved with the LAFORTE 400 include: increased production capacity, much improved flexibility to print in different modes/speeds, consistent, high-quality output, much lower energy consumption due to printer and dryer efficiency.

We think direct-to-fabric, don't you? Well, we are excited to share a great news from India. Orient Fashions, a leading garment manufacturer based out in New Delhi, has recently installed a LFORTE 400 Fabric unit.

Orient Fashions serves several international renowned fast fashion and fashion brands. Equipped with our GOTS-certified reactive inks, the LAFORTE 400 Fabric is aimed at printing onto cotton and viscose fabrics for a wide range of apparel applications. The company needed to replace their existing digital printing equipment and opted for the aleph's cutting-edge technology to increase their productivity and production speed, as well as achieve superior quality, in line with market requirements. In addition, leveraging our sustainable, energy-efficient equipment, the company will also be able to improve their green performances.

We are happy to share an exciting news. A Guatemalan textile printing giant has recently installed a LAFORTE 400H unit for direct-to-fabric printing with pigment inks!

With headquarters in Guatemala City e offices in the US, Global Guatemala specialises in fabric dyeing and targets the marketing and advertising industries. The company was after an industrial digital textile solution that could enable them introduce on-demand printing, achieve top colour quality and consistency, allow extreme flexibility in printing on all fabric types, while also ensuring a cost-effective and environmentally friendly print process. They identified the LAFORTE 400H as the most suitable solution on the market and are now leveraging the outstanding capabilities of the aleph's direct-to-fabric pigment technology.
