UPDATES CIN - New National Code for Holiday Lettings

Calabria2Vacation has registered or in the process of registering each property we have under management which is available for Short-Term Rental. We have taken down all properties online and will only put live once we have the registration number in place. This way we comply with all relevant rules.

We would imagine that by the middle to the end of October of all our properties will be fully in order.

NEW Rules HOLIDAY Short Term Rental ITALY.

All Short Term Holidays Rentals now require a CIN CODE.

Even do, last year we were required to register for CIR, we now also have to request a new registration number that holds national standing. We are currently going through the process of understanding the registration, what is need, how long will it take, what expenses will be incurred etc.

Once this is done we will inform all our clients and also indicate the fee we will require in order to proceed with the registration.
