🍋Tra le onde e il profumo dei limoni, la Costiera Amalfitana custodisce un tesoro antico: la tradizione della pasta a mano🍝

A Minori, il cuore pulsante della tradizione, si stendeva la pasta ad asciugare sulla spiaggia☀️

In questo piccolo borgo nacquero gli ‘ndunderi, gioielli di pasta fresca, che raccontano di un passato romano e di mani sapienti che hanno saputo trasformare un’antica ricetta in un’opera d’arte culinaria. Talmente antica e leggendaria che l’UNESCO l’ha dichiarata la pasta fresca più antica al mondo🌍

⛰️E furono proprio i pastai di Minori, con la loro intraprendenza, a valicare i Monti Lattari e a portare la loro arte a Gragnano, dando inizio alla moderna industria della pasta🍴
