This apartment is located in the heart of the town. Right in front of a grocery store, and less than one minute from the lake and the main square.

From this property you will be able to walk to any location in town, and to enjoy all of the amenities, including the great view on the Lake and Bellagio.

The Ferry and train STATION are only about 5 minute walk away, but we will be happy to come pick you up if you have luggage to transport.

All of the furniture is brand new, and you will find all of the amenities of a typical Italian home, plus everything that you might need for a pleasant stay.

Children and pets are welcome!

This wonderful apartment is on the first floor of a little building located in the very heart of town, just 10 minutes by walk from train station, 5 from ferry and literally two steps far from main square, groceries, cafés, RESTAURANTS and beaches.

Inside, a spacious kitchen and dining area, in a typical Italian style, greets guests as well as a separated live area with tv, two armchairs, sofa and a balcony facing the lake!

The apartment has two separated bedrooms, so, this is the ideal for a family or a group of five that wish to spend some days in relax without taking the car!!
