“Ermanno's home was absolutely perfect for our one week Christmas visit to Venice. It was immaculately clean and spacious. It was well heated for which we were glad, as temperatures were quite low around Christmas time. It was very convenient to mini market, bar, tabacchi, gelateria and pasticcerria, and also only metres away from the bus stop. The buses ran like clockwork and got us into and out of Venice in 15 minutes. Elisabetta and Paul were extremely helpful upon our arrival, giving us a wealth of information to assist us during our stay. There was also a dossier of information left in the kitchen giving bus timetables, maps of the area, dining options in the locality and a wonderful 'Detourist' file giving options to visit off the main tourist trails to see Venice in depth and avoiding some of the pitfalls of a major tourist magnet. Overall, we had a wonderful time in the beautiful city of Venice and would heartily recommend Ermanno's Place to anyone looking for top quality accommodation for their stay. Thank you soo much.”

Wow! This was our first booking of an Airbnb accommodation. It couldn't have gone better! Elisabetta and Pier Paolo are super hosts. We felt welcome and looked after our entire stay. They provided everything needed for a fantastic time in Venice. The house and garden is beautiful, clean and well equipped. It really was suitable for all our needs. We can only highly recommend Elisabetta's home. Thank you both for the lovely stay in Italy.

“It was my first time in Venezia with my family. It was like a dream ! We went for three days and stayed at Thelma residence. First of all, Venezia with its small islands (Murano, Burano and Lido) is one of most wonderful places that I have been to. It has something unique and magical that you have to taste at least once in your life ... This magical landscape of Venezia was completed by two things: The weather that was beautiful ! And the residence that exceeded our expectations ! We have had a real chance to choose it: the pictures mirror their reality. The residence is situated in a residential area, too close to Venezia center (about 15 min to the center / bus 24 wich station is 4 min far from the residence or you can take the tramway also) and near to a natural and nice park. The residence is composed of spacious and modern rooms with a two bathrooms, a lovely terrace and an equipped kitchen (+TV and Wi-Fi). In addition to all of those nice things, the owner Elisabetta was very kind and professional. She was of a great help. She provided us with all the information we needed ( touristic map, interesting places, transportation, etc.) She was very reactive either by sms or e-mail to help us. More importantly, she allowed us to make the check in early at 9:30am and moreover she picked us up to the residence. The last day, Elisabetta's brother Ermano :) took us to the airport. He was very cool ! We loved him. Finally, it is worth noting that Venetian people were very cute. We (my wife, my mother, my baby and me) really enjoyed the trip and everything in Venezia ! PS: the residence is very close to a supermarket. Moreover it is about 10-15 min to the Marco Polo airport by the bus 45. It is better to buy your transportation ticket directly from the airport (ACTV vending machine)

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans la maison d'Elisabetta et Ermanno.
Elle est très bien située pour visiter Venise grace à la proximité des bus 24 et 24H.
La maison est agréable et fonctionnelle.
Le plus un barbecue pour le soir quand on rentre de Venise et un grand parc à proximité pour se détendre.
Enfin, tous les commerces sont dans les environs.

Bilder und Lage entsprechen der Realität. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Elisabetta war sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend um den Aufenthalt so bequem wie möglich zu gestalten. Auf Fragen sofortige Antwort (SMS) bzw. hat einen Informationsordner vor Ort angelegt wo Apotheke, Restaurant, Bäckerei, Märkte, Eisdiele usw. zu finden sind. Auch Stadtplan von Venedig lag vor. Super Ausgangsziel für um mit dem Bus nach Venedig zu reisen (Hin-und Rückfahrt 3€/person, Fahrdauer ca. 15 Min.) Sehr schöner Park in sehr naher Umgebung. Super perfekter Urlaub für Familie mit 5 Personen und Hund. Werden dieses Feriendomizil weiterempfehlen und selbst wieder kommen.

"This is probably the best organised apartment I've stayed in using airB&B... They really have thought about everything from a well equipt kitchen to local maps and bus info. The location is great, really easy to get to Venice on the bus or tram and close to a good value supermarket and excellent pizza place. The apartment itself is clean and well equipt, very comfortable with a real home feeling. Definitely recommended"

“We really enjoyed Elisabetta's home. Very comfortable, very clean and lovely hosts who made us feel very welcome. Venice was amazing as always (10-15 minutes by bus) but also easy access to Vicenza and Padova by car. Also the stunning Dolomites, an easy day trip from the apartment. The previous reviews are true, this place is very modern and immaculately clean.
2 families 8 people, we stayed here for 4 nights in August 2015. The apartment has plenty of room for all of us, the 2 separate bathrooms were a bonus. Location is perfect to commute to Venice by bus ( #24) it takes about 10-15min. There is a to***co shop about 3min walk away where you can buy bus tickets. Shopping for food is not a problem, bakery and supermarket nearby. Very nice and quiet neighbourhood. Highly recommended for anyone to stay here you won't regret it.

“The five of us have spent a wonderful week in the Thelma's Residence . The arrival was relaxed, because Elisabetta and her brother picked us up from the airport . Ten minutes later we arrived at the house, which was spacious and clean . Elisabetta showed us everything and also informed us about the so called artnight.it which we exploited the next evening. Which was great to have free entry to lots of museums. Once again thanks for that. Thelma's Residence is perfectly located in a quiet street nearby the park and just a five minutes walk away from the bus station where the No. 24 bus runs every twenty minutes directly to Venice. We can also recommend to cross the park and take the tram or the bus No. 4 to go to Mestre Centro, where you can explore a great fresh market on fridays and get a coffee for a non touristic price. In conclusion : great place to stay, smooth handling , fast answers , great host , we recommend it highly. Thanks a million :-))) ”

Elisabetta's apartment is the NICEST house I have ever stayed in. This is actually what I would want my dream house to look like; clean, comfortable, and homey. It actually looks even better in person. Elisabetta was also extremely prepared and very helpful to me and my family. She had everything prepared well and we all had a very pleasant stay. Transportation was easy; only 15 min bus ride to Venice. There's so a really nice park right next door!

Elisabetta and Hermano has been really nice and helpful throughout our stay in Venice. They attended to our petty matters and Pedro, the cocker spaniel is just adorable! We love the apartment..it has that homey feeling, comfortable and cosy. Kitchen is enough for us to do our cooking. The bathrooms were huge, modern and very clean! The bus stop to Venice was just a walking distance from the huge park behind the house was lovely. The park has got children's playground, courts and the pool are quite full during the summer. It was very hot during the summer however the air-conditioner was a life saver! A mini mart nearby to do your grocery, a small town bar as well. We definitely recommend this place as Venice is just too expensive for everything, packed and not easy to drag your suitcases around in Venice especially when you have a big family and kids. Lots of stairs and mode of transportation is by boats etc.

The (website hidden) was fantastic. Elisabetta's brother meet us at the apartment and was extremely helpful in providing directions to us. Information was also on hand for catching buses, supermarkets, farmacia, bakery etc. All of this made it very easy to get to place. He also came in the morning of our last day to sya goodbye and gave us a parting gift. The only thing we regret is not having enough time to sit outside in the garden. Loved Venice, highly recommended.

Fantastic apartment, very clean and in a nice quiet location. we are a family of 5 and it was great for the kids being next to a big park. Easy access to Venice and the hosts are incredibly helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this apartment.

This comfortable accomodation is really a lucky insider''s tip! The rooms are bright and extraordinary clean. The kitchen offers many cooking possibilities and the two very modern bathrooms, the dining room as well as the bedrooms are well equiped. Thelma is situated in a very calm and safe area, where the people are very friendly. There are many big supermarkets in Mestre, one of them 5 minutes by feet. Especially, meeting the family is worth to book Thelma. They are cooperative and really seek to care about their guestes. We have been positively surprised by many outdoor activities, like a ping pong table and a huge green park, including all sport activities and picnic places. You can reach Venice easily by bus (10 to 15 minutes) and thereby escape the touristic trouble. This lodging is perfect for families and people who want to discover not only the touristic, but also the domestic side of Venice, whithout resigning the mediterranean flair."

Spalti in piazza San Marco, a San Giorgio, al Lido. Maxischermi nelle calli. Ormeggi rinforzati a Sant’Elena, alla Certosa e negli altri punti d’attracco delle barche. Arsenale tirato a lucido per accogliere le undici migliori squadre di skipper al mondo. È una Venezia protesa verso il mare quella che dal 12 al 20 maggio ospiterà una tappa delle America’s Cup World Series, prestigiosissima competizione di vela. Alla Borsa internazionale del Turismo di Milano Ca’ Farsetti ha presentato il programma di massima della manifestazione: nove giorni di regate ed eventi collaterali che uniranno la città dei monumenti alla città dell’acqua. Due percorsi, uno nel bacino di San Marco e uno in mare aperto, faranno sfrecciare catamarani lunghi 13,5 metri a poca distanza da Palazzo Ducale e da San Nicolò. Lo spettacolo per gli appassionati comincia venerdì 11 maggio, con gli allenamenti in laguna e in mare. Poi, sabato 12 e domenica 13, le squadre gareggeranno per la coppa «Lido di Venezia».

Staying at the Rezidencia Thelma is a Bull's eye. We've had a 5* experience staying there. Clean and neat house. Elisabetta and Ermano are great people. Helped us a lot in everything we needed. I can honestly recommend Rezidencia Thelma to anyone. Great location. The buss stop is right outside, and the ride is less then 10 min to the heart of Venice. Order the to go pizza, they deliver it in only 20 min, it is a good bargain.
